Food Guru operates within standard EST business hours of 8am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Domestic Shipping

Food Guru uses the services of Couriers Please and Australia Post for all Nationwide deliveries and products are dispatched twice daily during a business week with delivery times varying from 1-5 days depending on locations.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of ordering (within Business Hours) however with such a wide range, if a product is not in stock it will automatically be back-ordered and you will be notified.  

International Shipping

Food Guru is based in Sydney, Australia and our shopping cart is currently customized for Australian buyers.   We will happily ship purchases overseas using Australia Post Air Mail however due to customs and restrictions on some foods we can not guarantee all products. Postage charges vary and will be applied to your order after we receive it. We will contact you (within 24 hours, Monday to Friday) via email to advise of the actual cost of postage before dispatching your purchase.  We can easily organise any additional postage costs through PayPal.
 
Food Guru Refund Policy

Food Guru happily refunds any purchases that do not meet the standards in which they were purchased. Should the product be faulty or damaged at the fault of Food Guru please contact our customer service team on 1300 FOOD GURU (1300 366 348).

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products and food health and safety we cannot exchange or refund on any products due to the customer changing their mind. Please choose carefully when purchasing.
